RE:CRUIT has been designed to encourage and support young people in their exploration of the world of work, providing them with opportunities to explore the working environment in areas of interest that may help shape and determine the steps they subsequently take.


Each opportunity is carefully developed to equip young people with the tools to successfully enter employment by encouraging them to work alongside professionals, helping them to identify and nurture key skills sought by prospective employers.


Mustafa Shire and Sinead Andrews who were recently in Brussels visiting MEP's from the European Parliament were able explain to an international audience how this support has had a positive impact on their lives;
